Submitting Bulletin Board Items

If you have an item to be posted on the Web Bulletin Board, e-mail web@olemiss.edu with the following:

• A headline of no more than 5 words
• A description of no more than 12 words
• A link to a Web page with more information
• An attached photo if one is available (we will resize as necessary)
• Start and end dates for when the item should appear in rotation
• Contact e-mail and phone number

Please send items at least 3 business days prior to the start date. All Bulletin Board items must be reviewed and approved by the webmaster prior to posting. Some editing may be necessary for space constraints. Items which do not have a Web site link (whether to a UM site or other) can not be considered.
